clean rooms helpful staff
The hotel had very clean rooms and friendly staff!!! The reception staff were so helpful and allowed early check-in because my room was ready, it was MUCH appreciated after my early flight. The facilities and amenities in the room were good!!!
I wasn't aware parking was extra until I arrived.

great location helpful staff nice restaurant
The location was great. I walked easily to various pubs and restaurants. the staff proved helpful and approachable throughout my stay. the restaurant impressed me, and i found the food very nice.
i found that the parking fee of €12.00 a day was quite high.

underwhelming stay. expected more.
the room was of good standard, or at least, the tv was large and the bed comfy enough.
I read that the hotel struggles at full capacity, and i think it's true. It seemed like a 3-star experience at a 4-star price. the plumbing had serious issues. flushing the toilet at night was impossible because the noise was too loud.

clean room friendly staff excellent location used shampoo single toothbrush old-fashioned room
the room was clean and in good condition. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is excellent with proximity to a university. the breakfast had a really excellent selection.
the shampoo and conditioner in my room were already used. only one toothbrush was available. the rooms seemed old-fashioned.
